Today I will start blogging about my baking adventures.
Why I started this blog was because someone suggested it.
Why I started baking is because I wanted to make macarons from scratch.
Why I started wanting to make macarons from scratch is because they're exhorbitantly expensive if I buy them from dessert shops and online stores.
I've spent loads of time watching Youtube videos through Ochikeron's channel. I guess I can say that she's one of the major people that influenced me to be in this state of wanting to learn how to bake right now..
I got no experience at all so let's see how this goes.
